Meet the Studs

Male Maine Coons are the largest and most popular breed. They are known for their weight and size, with some reaching up to 30 lbs. The heaviest alive today, according to cats.com, is 28.66 lbs. The longest is an Italian maine coon cat measuring 47.2 inches.

Typical males can weigh between 10 and 25 lbs. They have a very dense bone structure, muscular build, and long rectangular bodies. Truly, the gentle giants of the cat world. That's right! The biggest domestic cats are also the biggest softies. It is not uncommon in our house to find Tyson snuggled up beside my husband, sitting on his butt and watching football.

Tyson

All hail Tyson, the red cream stud, ruling the jungle at a majestic 27lbs. This thick built, sturdy king struts with a swagger that demands all eyes on him. But don't let his regal vibes fool you- he's a cuddly loyalist, sticking closer than a shadow and purring for pets.

Viggo

Meet Viggo, the high silver Maine Coon sire with eyes bluer than a Midwest summer sky! Hailing from Missouri, this all-American gentle giant is the cat's meow in our cattery. Calm as a country breeze, he's a playful Papa to every kitten, batting at toys like a pro. But whisper treat and those sky blue eyes light up faster than a firefly! #BlueEyedBandit
